Web Developer
Immediate opening for a Web Developer for a FT/Intern position. The Web Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the user interface for websites and web applications. Must have experience of maintaining complex web sites using style sheets, JavaScript and HTML.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining internal and external websites and/or web based applications.
- Recognize the fundamental differences between the various internet browsers and develop UI that can be fully supported.
- Assist in projects from idea to mock-up to launch, including designing prototypes & wireframes, conducting usability testing, and moving the final product into production.
- Apply knowledge of industry trends in Web design best practices, accessibility standards and developments to improve service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in JQUERY, Javascript, HTML , and other scripting language is must.
- Must have experience of working with content management systems for website maintenance.
- Understanding of web standards and ability to develop valid code in XHTML and CSS
- Ability to use Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and Creative Suite CS 3 or later
- The candidate must be pursuing or have a Master’s degree
- Good communication skills

Senior Programmer Analyst
Immediate opening for a full time Senior Programmer Analyst. The Programmer will be responsible for the development, and maintenance of applications, web systems and databases. Must have strong programming skills in J2EE, PHP, JQuery, XML, JSON and HTML.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining J2EE applications with Oracle database
- Create new web applications using J2EE, Spring framework and HTML using agile methodology
- Develop database reporting interfaces
- Assist in full project lifecycle from design, coding, testing and maintenance.
- Explore, learn and support new technologies such as AngularJS to create highly functional UI
- Create reusable web services using PHP and/or Java
- Review application security using vulnerability scanners
- Coach and mentor junior staff
- Apply knowledge of industry trends in software best practices, accessibility standards and developments to improve service to our clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong programming and development skills in J2EE and web environment
- Experience with J2EE and Spring frameworks
- Skills in PHP, XML, JSON and HTML
- Must have experience of interfacing with backend databases and knowledge of SQL commands
- Understanding of application servers and middleware
- Experience with Drupal, responsive design, web apps is highly desirable
